Katie Oldham is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Katie completed her education at Roosevelt University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Practice. Katie provides individual and family counseling for adolescents and young adults to assist with navigation through all of life’s obstacles. Katie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a method to change unhelpful patterns of thinking and instead, create helpful, supportive thoughts. Katie has experience working with substance use, anxiety, depression, failure-to-launch, self-esteem, and eating disorders. Apart from Cognitive Solutions, Katie also works as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group and individual therapist for teens with dual-diagnosis substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
